♦      Production of corrosion-resistant dense porous ceramics of complex geometry and various composition for high-temperature aggressive environment processes;

♦      Development and manufacture of high-temperature heat-resistant crucibles and other refractory oxide formed parts of different shapes and volumes for melting of ferrous and nonferrous metals and alloys.

For the majority of ceramic processes, the Company has designed and introduced production lines to develop and manufacture ceramics with unparalleled properties: pressing, isostatic molding, vibratory casting, hot casting, slip forming, hot-pressing, vibromolding, extrusion and vacuum molding.

 The Quality Management System of the “Bakor” R&D Centre was certified for compliance with GOST R ISO 9001-2008, for design, development and production of ceramic aerators, ceramic filters, ceramic crucibles and refractories. The Certificate of Compliance is registered under No. СДС.ССТ.СМК 3621.04-100106

PRODUCTION FACILITIES

The key assets of the “Bakor” Group include Company-owned plants, buildings and structures on the following areas:

  • Laboratory and experimental bases – 8 laboratories with the total area of 3,500 m²
  • Workshops and warehouses – 17,000 m²
  • Offices – 8,000 m²

The experimental base of “Bakor” is furnished with up-to-date crushers and mills including jaw breakers and cone inertial crushers, vibromills, drum mills, shaking sieves and magnetic separators, mixers of different designs including Eirich mixers, Extromat, Z-blade mixers, runners, planetary screw mixer and concrete mixers.

For broad-ranging developments in efficient burning of refractories, we operate a big number of high-temperature gas-fired and electric kilns providing thermal regime up to 1700 0С.

Owing to such a variety of engineering facilities and diverse equipment, “Bakor” develops and introduces unique – sometimes, challenging – ceramic processing targets.

 All laboratory and production equipment has been certified by the Centre of Standardization and Metrology for compliance with established measurement and indication accuracy requirements.
