Aerators
production of bubbles for aeration of waters

Reconstruction of Aerotanks
replacement of aerators, installation of aeration systems

Aeration
Aeration is the process of liquid oxygenation by means of air bubbles passing through water.
In case of aeration at water treatment facilities, oxygenated water supplies the biological treatment process, contributes to agitation of activated sludge and its maintenance in the suspended state. Observance of such parameters as small size of air bubbles, their even distribution in the whole liquid volume improves the organic impurities oxidation process and prevents appearance of sludge deposits.
Operation of aeration tanks at water treatment facilities is featured by consumption of more than half of the whole electric power required for treatment of wastes.
AERATION IS APPLIED IN:
Housing and public utilities industry
Treatment of domestic waste waters in human settlements
Treatment of production waste waters
Chemical and petrochemical industry
Treatment of production waste waters
Fishing industry
Water oxygenation
Cottage facilities
Treatment of domestic waste waters in human settlements
Ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy
Bacterial leaching in technological processes
ADVANTAGES OF THE BAKOR AERATION:
- the highest degree of oxygenation – up to 14 mg/l
- uniformity and adjustability of oxygenation
- smallest bubbles – 0.5-1 mm
- increase of oxidation rate by more than 4 times
- reduction of electric power consumption – up to 3 times
- reduction of capital expenditures – by 2-3 times
- long service life of aerators – up to 12 years without replacement
- simple mounting and operation
- safety for the environment
